Using VM backup for a NT server?

So we have a Vcenter I backup which backups all the clients.

Question is we have a NT server and I keep getting error 20.

Is this because it is a NT server, and Isn't supported.  I have yet to turn on the log "Will do tonight" just looking for some fast input if there is any.
