Backup Exec 2012 R1798 - V-79-57344-65233 - Snapshot Technology: Initialization failure on: "\\DDI\System?State". Snapshot technology used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).

I am getting the following on one of my backups to a local USB drive intermittently.  I can go a whole week and not see it and then it reoccurs.  Any ideas?  Window Server 2008 R2 Standard SPI 1.  Backup Exec server is running locally and backing up the local server.
