Sharepoint 2007 / MS-Sharepoint policy status code 1 (bpresolver partial file list)

Hello all,

how can it be that sometimes MS-Sharepoint policies end with status code 1 (partial list returned from bpresolver)

This happens in 2 sharepoint 2007 environments

I finally got it to work with one environment, for about 5 days, then got status code 1 again

And now I'm getting this as well for the other environment
