Backupe Exec 2012 SP3 - Exchange 2007 - FULL/INCREMENTAL BACKUP FAIL I/O ERROR

Using Backup Exec 2012 SP3 to backup(FULL/INCREMENTAL)  Exchage 2007 database i receive this error.

'-1022 There is a disk IO error. '
 

Reading Symantec KB , in the previus version the problem was fixed .

Any Ideas??
