Network Traffic Issue

Hi All,

I need a solution. What I want to do is schedule a client backup task to run daily at a certain time like noon. It's not a full backup just incremental of My Documents. The dilemma is that if all 300 clients save files to a single file server simultaneously, it would cause network traffic. How can I avoid network traffic with tasks that are bandwidth intensive?
