Sharepoint Netbackup error code 2

Hi,

I ma getting error code 2 while backing up Sharepoint 2010. I am pretty sure I have followed the permissions set on the technotes but I am still getting this error. I would need your help to assist me on this. I am attaching the bpresolver and bpbkar logs.
