stop access to the shared folder on EMC NAS

I have Symantec Protection Engine 7.9 on Windows 2012 R2 and its integrate with EMC NAS but when i enable Protection Engine my users stops access to the shared folder on EMC NAS. Can anyone guide me why its being hang after Protection Engine start
