Backup Exec cannot cancel running jobs

Hello Everyone,

I have backup exec 2015 version 14.2 installed on windows server 2012 R2, sometimes I have to cancel jobs and I can see 'Cancel Pending' status but it takes so long and never cancel it, so, I have to restart the backup exec services in order to take effects while there are another running jobs and I do not want to lose them.
