Can Backup Exec 2010 backup Hyper-V's from Windows Server 2012 R2

Thank you for taking the time to read my query.

I have recenently updated my hyper-v host from server 2008 to 2012R2.

I have re-intalled the Agent onto the server but now backup exec does not see the hyper-v servers at all.
