Need to find logs that show me whats being backup and the time it take

I have DB that's 350 GB at first Byte Count is around 2GB; however, formerly it reached 300GB it slows down to 245MB. Before it reaches the 300GB backup has approach 6hrs, previously it hit the 300GB it takes 27 hours for the backup completes. 

Any suggest.
