Netbackup failed with Status 71 or 13 when backup sharepoint 2013

Hi all

I have encounter failure on the sharepoint 2013 backup.

Here are my environment setup.

Sharepoint Server Farm

1. 2 x Servers (for Front End Web)

2. 2 x Servers (For Sharepoint App)

3. SQL 2012 backend (Cluster SQL)

4. Step 1 - 3, are join domain

5. Master Server (not within the domain)
